Privacy notice

tetralitics.ai is a public prototype that presents the TETRALITICS concept and an interactive product demonstration. It is not a production learning service.

There are no user accounts, no login and no contact forms on this site.

All learner records, names (including “Alex”), tickets, analytics, competency scores and learning statements shown in the interactive demo are fictional sample data created for illustration.

Demo interactions run entirely in your browser using predefined responses. Your selections are not sent to an AI service and are not stored by us; they are lost when you reload or leave the page.

Like most websites, this site is delivered by a hosting provider whose infrastructure may process technical data necessary to deliver and secure the site — for example IP addresses, request times, browser information and server logs.

Such data may also be used for aggregate, privacy-oriented usage analytics. We do not use this site to build profiles of individual visitors.

If you choose to email admin@tetralitics.ai, we will receive the information you include in your message and use it only to respond to you.

Production privacy controls — including data minimisation, defined retention, learner and institution-initiated data deletion, tenant isolation, EU data residency and institutional governance — are part of our planned architecture and will be designed together with institutional partners.

TETRALITICS does not currently claim any GDPR certification or other regulatory certification. Compliance obligations will be assessed before any processing of real learner data.
